Fitness Court in Veterans Memorial Park, Spring Hill, Florida

Fitness Court® is a free, outdoor public fitness system developed by the National Fitness Campaign that delivers a full-body, functional workout in as little as seven minutes using bodyweight movements. Installed in parks, campuses, and community spaces, a Fitness Court is organized into seven movement zones—core, squat, push, lunge, pull, agility, and bend—designed to be accessible for all ages and fitness levels while promoting strength, mobility, balance, and cardiovascular health. The courts are durable, weather-resistant, and open to everyone at no cost, often supporting both individual workouts and group classes. Users can also pair the experience with the free Fitness Court app, which offers guided workouts, location finding, and progress tracking, making the Fitness Court a practical, inclusive tool for community wellness and active living.

There’s a free Fitness Court® App that works as a “coach in your pocket.” With it you can:
-
Find nearby Fitness Courts
-
Access guided workout plans
-
Track stats like calories burned, time, and heart rate
-
Join challenges and fitness programs
This app helps motivate users and provides instructional content for each zone.
